Collection 3067.1. fine twigs of Quercus macrocarpa gathered 3/10/2017. Emerged ~3/15.
Ignore the hemipteran.
Roger Burks identified the genus from images posted to the Hymenopterist Forum FB group. The genus is not yet in BugGuide but is known from North America.
