Lethocerus? - Lethocerus medius

Lethocerus? - Lethocerus medius
Madera Canyon, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA
March 19, 2017
I don't know the specimen size or precise location where this bug was found. All I know is that a kind gentleman (Mike Snable) took this photo in Madera Canyon and shared it with me hoping to obtain an identification.
What I love about this photo is the fact that the bug is under water!

Great!
Thank you Belov and Brady!

Lethocrus medius
I don't think =v= meant to change the ID. This pretty much has to be L. medius. No other species has been reported from AZ. I've caught a number of specimens in southern AZ.

thanks... sorry man for the conflicting move
the pic was obviously tagged by both of us
