Catocala unijuga

Catocala unijuga
Harms Woods Forest Preserve, Glenview, Cook County, Illinois, USA
August 5, 2007
Another individual we saw in another part of the woods. It also would have an 8-9 cm wingspan. It flashed red when it flew. We're thinking once again it's unijuga but posting it here in case it's something else.

Moved
Moved from Underwings.

Catocala unijuga
