Probably not
Both genders of that species have a black thorax. So, I think that you can rule them out. However, several species in this subfamily are represented by images of only one gender, at this time.
It's hard to be sure, but this looks like a male and there doesn't seem to be an exact match for him. That is why Ross suggested placing this at the subfamily level.
