Waaaaay cooler than curtipennis
This is Isohydnocera pusilla Schaeffer, 1909 and it's from the type locality.

The specimens I've seen of this species have less prominent elytral punctations on the disk and they generally tend to be more glabrous.

and he just confirmed anotherone from here as I. pusilla, saying curtipennis does not get this far west
