Plocetes ulmi
This is Plocetes ulmi. It's on Cephalanthus occidentalis (buttonbush). This is a huge genus of weevil in the American tropics but we have only a few species that get into USA. This one and two in extreme southern Florida and another one in extreme south Texas.
