Moved from Pagaronia furcata.

The 1938 revision of the genus says that this species is the one known from the Los Angeles area, and has a head more pointed than in P. furcata. I'm also not seeing the extra spot under the ocelli that furcata normally has, but I do see the spot on the clypeus under the apex of the head that is listed in the description for tredecimpunctata.
