Why not Heraclides rumico?
Now I'm completely confused. Why is the eastern moved out of Papilio but the western stayed Papilio?

 
genus is a bit of a difference of opinion...
MPG and BG both use Papilio which is fine by me...

E. & W. are both in Papilio
