Just before I photographed this, I was attempting to photograph a red, black, and white Plant bug that dropped out of sight before I got the photograph. It looked just like some of the pictures of Closterocoris amoenus that are in your guide.

Adult Closterocoris amoenus
I went back several days later and found several adult Closterocoris amoenus on the same plant where I found this suspected juvenile Clostterocoris amoenus.
I posted a picture of one.
