Perhaps plant here is something in the mint family?
The whorled (immature) inflorescences here suggest the mint family, Lamiaceae.

I'm just mentioning that because I'm curious about the plant affinities of Closterocoris amoenus...for more on this see comment here.

This is on Black Sage (Salvia mellifera.) I saw several, immature and adults, on the same plant.

Great!
Good to know it's Salvia mellifera...and that several nymphs *and* adults were on the same plant. That definitely increases support for hypothesis of a host plant relationship.

My hunch is that the Closterocoris amoenus nymphs in the posts below were also on Salvia mellifera:
