Size: 5/8 to >1inch
Aggregation of beetles on thistle sp mostly, with a few individuals seen on another Asteracea (yellow). They are on every thistle I saw, both on the flowers and leaves and along the stems. Individuals vary in size: 5/8 to over 1 inch long. and markings (stripes). Started seeing what looks like the same beetles on 2 April 2017 in Estes Canyon, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, Arizona, USA.
