Um...
It looks like a duskywing caterpillar, but I don't see any with orange spots on a black head. They either have a black head or light orange head with darker orange spots.

 
This might be a Erynnis funeralis. I searched some more and they have black heads with orange spots. You got a very nice picture and specimen.
