Note the shape of the head and the wings. If there are additional photos of this specimen, check out the configuration of the tarsal segments. For Taeniopterygidae, the middle tarsal segment is roughly the same size as the first segment for all 6 legs. In Nemouridae, the middle segment is noticeably smaller. It's really tough to make out in this photo, though.
