Small, Fast-Moving Spider on an Oak Tree - Ariadna

Small, Fast-Moving Spider on an Oak Tree - Ariadna
Tracys Landing, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA
April 11, 2017
Size: <1cm
This spider moved very quickly. It sometimes paused briefly in a furrow of the bark, and then quickly moved again. This spider was very small and fast, the pictures I was able to take were quick lucky as I had to guess where it might go and just take lots of pictures hoping I captured it.

The yellow-green flecks on its back are likely pollen.

This tree has lots of med-large black ants running up and down it.

Moved
Moved from Spiders.
This is most likely Ariadna bicolor, tentative placement because it looks a little unusual though.
