Camel Cricket - Ceuthophilus brevipes - male

Camel Cricket - Ceuthophilus brevipes - Male
Richmond Hill, York Region, Ontario, Canada
July 22, 2007
Size: ~ 20 mm
Found beneath some rotting wood along with many sow bugs. Measurement excludes legs and antennae.
Genus datapoint for Ontario ... no species have been identified as yet. Ontario has much few species than southern states, but identification of these is still more than I can handle.
