Tiny fly - Female
in a rural area north of Bow, Skagit County, Washington, USA
April 21, 2017
Size: 4 mm
It has been a cool wet spring and there are more tiny flies landing on my face than in previous years. They will not land on my hand. These photos are on the bottom of the brim of my hat. They stay there for a short time after I remove my hat.
