the genus Ophion? Are you unsure of the gender? Thanks!

Do I see a closed areole ? In which case, it would rule out [i]Ophion[i] and rather go to [i]Netelia[i] perhaps.

 
Yes...
I just noticed something that I had missed earlier - that being the black ovipositor and sheaths of this female against the mesh screen, so this placement would seem to be okay. I was not able to confirm a closed areolet in the wing earlier, even with a lot of magnification.
