Not saccharella
Using Braun's (1908) key, C. saccharella is in the group with an oblique white streak or patch at the base of the dorsal margin, and I don't see any trace of that here. I'm not sure what to suggest instead though; Braun's key didn't bring me to anything that looks close.

Not really
I've reared a fair number, but without knowing the host plant and larval habits they're pretty tough. I've actually never tried Braun's (1963) key for those, but I believe genitalia are necessary for at least parts of it.
