P. anomalus female - Philodromus anomalus - female

P. anomalus female - Philodromus anomalus - Female
Parker Strip Recreation Area, Rock House visitor information center, San Bernardino County, California, USA
April 19, 2017
Size: 3.5 mm
These beautiful white female philodromids with an orange transverse band on the posterior abdomen were common along the Lower Colorado River here today - I beat this one from a palm tree. The markings and epigynum match this species nicely, as does the male that I found at the same time and place. Unfortunately, I lost the epigynum during dissection, so I don't have any clove oil or spermathecae images.
