Apiocera painteri
Hello, given the characteristic abdominal maculations and male terminalia this is specimen is unequivocally Apiocera painteri. As a side note, while I have access to material identified by Cazier here at the Smithsonian I'll try to make some progress with the unidentified Apiocera.
