Hoverfly - Criorhina aurea

Hoverfly - Criorhina aurea
Horse Rock Ridge, Lane County, Oregon, USA
April 21, 2017
Looks like Criorhina aurea. Not the best shot, but I figured the guide could use the record.

With the size of the specimen
With the size of the specimen and setae coloration this can only be C. aurea or C. kincaidi. As the anterior half of the scutum is densely gray pollinose it must be C. aurea.
