Heteropsylla not texana
I've not had much luck in being able to ID the immaculate-winged Heteropsylla from photos on Bugguide so far. Theoretically it should be easy as only a handful have been recorded from the state, but there are many species in the genus from south of the border and it's difficult to rule them out. I'll take a look at the literature tonight and see if it's possible to come to a conclusion. If you happen to have a closeup of the male genitalia, or even a list of mimosoid legumes in the area that could potentially be host plants, it could be useful.

Thanks, Chris
Also, I posted another possible Heteropsylla, this time with close-ups, but I'm not sure if it's a male or not.
