Scaeva pyrastri
Scaeva pyrastri ..... male.
Inflated frons and white abdominal markings with inner margin further forward of outer margin identify this as Scaeva pyrastri.

Scaeva pyrastri?
This was quickly identified on iNaturalist as S. pyrastri?
