Blatta lateralis?
I think it may be the male turkmenistan roach, Blatta lateralis. We could tell for sure if we could see the spines on the fore leg but it is difficult to make out.

Well, thanks for providing the detailed image. I compared it with specimens from my collection and a key to roaches. The spine character that seperate Blatellidae and Blaberidae is acually on the medial ventral edge of the femur. Here you can only see the spines on the lateral margin. However, the color pattern of the pronotum and the white outer margin of the tegmina match perfectly with the male Blatta lateralis.

Probably a male wood roach.
This is probably a male wood cockroach in the genus Parcoblatta, but certainly something in that family.
