My answer is still the same. Post a ventral view along with the dorsal or I cannot ID to species.

 
working on that
I'm still trying to figure out how to get that picture. I use a detachable flash, so both hands are full when I'm shooting the image. I can't hold the specimen in one had and shoot it with the other. Can I pin it to a board right then, or is that inhumane? Do i need to capture it, freeze it and then photo it? What is the "normal" protocol, not that lepidopterists have a normal protocol.

I thought I suggested catching in a vial or jar and photographing the ventral view thru the plastic or glass. It has worked for me.

If you prefer, catch, freeze, pin and the photograph the ventral view.

 
The jar technique may work,
I'll try the jar technique. If that doesn't work, then I can freeze one.
