Really weird aphids!
Can't really see much and aphids are super difficult to ID from pictures, especially when they aren't associated with a host plant, plus several genera can produce wax.

When I first saw them without magnification I thought mealybug, then no, on closer look, more like aphids, but I was really unsure. Thank you!
