As indicated by the shape of antennae. A large individual, almost certainly reared in a queen-cell.

Um, "raised in a queen cell" means he got better or more vittles, does it?

 
He just got more...
As there is no kind of "royal jelly" in social wasps. But in his case, more is better anyway.
