Dr. Huber replies,

"Yes, it is indeed a male of Dicopus. Males have quite often been collected since Doutt (1974); at least there are many in CNC, UCRC and a few other places. Whether it is the male of enocki based on locality only may or may not be correct. This is where molecular data would be useful to associate the sexes."

Thank you Sankararaman. This is a new genus for the guide. And, welcome to BugGuide!

Apparently a Dicopus sp. nr m
Apparently a Dicopus sp. nr minutissimus ♂

Dicopus enocki?
Dicopus sp. seems to fit. Certainly not D. minutissimus itself, though. Antennomere 4 is much too long. Maybe D. enocki. It is known from CA, but the male is not described in Doutt 1974. I've emailed Dr. Huber for his input.
