leafcutter cuckoo bee Stelis? - Stelis

Best photo I could get with windy conditions and a Ceratina pestering this bee. My first impression was definitely a leafcutter (Megachilidae). Stelis seems the best fit but the only one I've photographed and all the ones on BG for Illinois have yellow markings and lack the hairy body. It was seen on wild geranium in my backyard prairie restoration.
