Is this a black saddlebags? - Tramea lacerata - Male

Found at White Rock lake, Winfrey Point, in the blackland prairie preservation area, mid morning. Reminds me of the red saddlebags I've seen, only it was more black. Best shot I could get with the light the way it was.
