Correct
The completely yellow tenth abdominal segment (at the very end) is pretty distinctive. At least one other species of clubtail (Stillwater Clubtail, which doesn't occur in Virginia) is similar in that respect, but other aspects of its coloration are different from the Unicorn Clubtail.
