Found adjacent to flowing creek with gravel substrate in mixed oak conifer habitat

I changed my mind
I changed my mind after discussion with Dr. Martin Hauser and have identified it as Myolepta.
The upper outer cross-vein meets R4+5 very close to wing tip in Myolepta but much further removed from tip in Cheilosia.
