tiny bugs on alamanda plant - Leptoglossus

Size: very small
I spotted them the day before but on the wall of the house. If they hadn't been all bunched up I probably would never have seen them -- very small!

aphids?
I can't quite tell that it's the same bug although it's definitely similar. Mine have been identified as a leaf footed bug nymph.
