Chalcid wasp - Leucospis affinis
Reston, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA

Size: 7-10mm body length
small wasp, observed mid afternoon on daylily leaf. Based on comparison to BG images, particularly the back-folded ovipositor, I believe this is an example of Leucospis affinis.
