Adams County, Pennsylvania, USA

With those large orange antenae, I thought this one would be easy to find. Wrong!! Maybe I am looking at the wrong place by looking at wasps and sawflies? Appreciate any help.

Spider Wasp (Pompildae)
An elegant species seemingly fond of Goldenrod. Indeed, these orange antennae should help an expert to a narrower ID.

There is actually pollen on the brush on the inner side of the hind tibia (other shot) that allowed me to distinguish it from E. magnus.

Thank you, Richard and Nick. These were very busy wasps. Difficult to photo due to them moving about.

Appreciate your help.
