Leafhopper - Cyrpoptus

Leafhopper - Cyrpoptus
Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA
May 14, 2017
I have never seen a leafhopper/planthopper that looks like this. I found it on a low-lying tree regrowth (I don't know which kind), along with two other varieties of leafhopper. It was docile and sat for many pictures. What captured me was the curved rounded wingtips, such as I have never seen on leafhoppers. It was about a half-inch long, so fairly large for these species. Could it still be in a growth stage?

Thanks Yurika, that looks just like the one I found. I appreciate the input. :)
