I suggest possibly here. Look at the coloration and dotting along the ST line of Jim Vargo's spread.

 
Hi Ann - except for the Gray
Hi Ann - except for the Gray color, D. ventrella is a very good match. And more within range than D. georgiella. I think the gray is accurate. The gray could be from bad white balance in the photo, but my recall of the sighting says it was gray. And the moth is sitting on a dead oak leaf, the color of which is pretty close in the photo. I think I'll hold this one at Genus level until another sighting.

I certainly agree. See my comments here. . I have my own troubles with these two. Coloration was all I had to go on and I did not really think your moth looked like one of these two from ones I have seen here. However, when I saw the gray one on MPG I thought I could agree that D. georgella could look like that.
