Beautiful
Female Efferia. Don't know species. Would need wing shot. Looks like it may be in the Albibarb group though.

I hope this helps as far as a wing shot goes. I did get an additional better wing shot of what is probably the same individual, but can't be certain. I can post that as well if you would like.
