Sand Wasp - Dielis plumipes - male

Sand Wasp - Dielis plumipes - Male
Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA
May 16, 2017
Found exploring the sandy ground of our garden in a residential yard on the coastal plain. I expected to want to call it Bicyrtes quadrifasciatus (regularly documented here), but the leg color and some other details have been questioning the ID. Looking forward to hearing what you think. Thanks in advance.
