Looks like Trirhabda
but lots of confusingly similar species :(

Thanks. brilliant green as larvae, striped as adult.

 
Host plant
Host plant appears to be coyote brush (Baccharis pilularis), which points to T. flavolimbata...far and away the most common Trirhabda species in the S.F. Bay area.
