unknown leptidoptera - Spodoptera dolichos

unknown leptidoptera - Spodoptera dolichos
University Park, Manatee County, Florida, USA
May 19, 2017
found in hallway inside house on the way from the garage to the patio. got some organizing done in the garage that day. perhaps caterpillar was in garage. 11:46pm. I originally saw it curled into a semicircle about an hour before and I put it on a plate to release it outside.
This 3rd shot is taken with a flash in the garage with overhead lighting and a flash. Does this caterpillar have a head??

The caterpillar has a head, it's just turned away from the camera.
