Size: 3-4 mm length
I presume this is a Brown Lacewing (Hemerobiidae) althought it seems to be small at a length of about 3-4 mm. Would be interested to know genus if possible.

Interesting--perhaps Wesmaelius, or Boriomyia?
This does not look like one of the common genera, such as Hemerobius or Micromus, or, I think, Sympherobius--I'm not so sure about that last one. Take a look at Wesmaelius:

There is another genus out there, Boriomyia, which we don't have in the guide. Wing venation is shown here (Brown Lacwings of Florida). I can't quite see the detail in your photo to compare with the diagram.
