Acmaeodera sabinae Knull
This specimen is misidentified here. I have the specimen, kindly given to me by Salvador. I was re-examining some small Acmaeodera in my collection, including this one. It turns out it is Acmaeodera sabinae Knull. One of the characters of this species is the plumose setae on the venter which can be seen in the lateral photo here. It's new for Bug Guide!

I bet you are right
I was conflicted between Agrilus and Acmaeodera and finally made the wrong choice
