Please, explain the reason for this move. Is Ossiannilssonola duplicata no longer a valid species or is there another explanation?

duplicata
duplicata is still a valid species. But the visual characteristics of this individual photographed here point towards T. rubricola, rather than O. duplicata which is paler overall and has a thinner band.
