I believe this is a type of Sphinx Moth but am not sure. Any help with identification would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I think that this is this a Waved Sphinx Moth. This would add May for Wisconsin. Hang on while we double-check.
Ceratomia undulosa: (widespread eastern)

It would be helpful to see a shot that shows the dorsal side of the wings
