Megacephala - Large Head - Tetracha virginica

Megacephala - Large Head - Tetracha virginica
Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, USA
August 16, 2007
Brought to me by my student, Trevor Stewart, to be photogrpahed. I thought these were nocturnal, but this one was found in late afternoon in a cow pasture.
