Orange and green damselfly - Ischnura ramburii? - Ischnura ramburii - Female

Based on the amount of orange in the abdominal segments and the lack of a black "shoulder stripe", I am guessing that this is Rambur's Forktail, Ischnura ramburii, but I'm far from sure. Does that look correct?
