Yes, the picture is crappy, and I wouldn't have uploaded it if Pacific Clubtails weren't uncommon to begin with, and really very rare in the Central Valley.

Well there it is, hanging out on the banks of Putah Creek, in unincorporated Yolo County between Davis and Dixon.
