Southern house spider, female?
A pretty southern house spider, or at least something in the genus Kukulcania. Also called a crevice weaver. The females are kind of stout and velvety in appearance, while the males are tan, leggy, and mistaken for brown recluse spiders. The females reside in holes and crevices. You'll see webs radiating from their retreat. Males wander and, to my knowledge, do not build webs like the females.
