Female - Anthophorine Bee
It seems that you still have some border issues with your photo editing software. I hope that someone can help you with this. I recommend having more than one program (available/on hand) that can crop an image.
This looks like something close to a female Anthophora californica, but I'm not sure about the reddish coloring of her mandibles.
